About Frank
My name is Frank Newgard, and I'm a Florida licensed home inspector Board Certified Master Inspector, and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. I'm a dedicated husband, proud father of seven wonderful children, and a delighted 'Popsy' to fourteen amazing grandchildren—and counting!
Born and raised in Florida, I've had the privilege of building, renovating, and inspecting homes across the state. My experience in home construction led to a natural fit and transition to home inspections. I encourage my clients to attend every inspection, and I actively seek opportunities to discuss and address concerns or fears my clients may be experiencing.
My goal is to provide a thorough and accurate report and representation of every home. I enjoy what I do, especially alongside my son, Sage.

About Sage
My name is Sage Newgard, and I'm a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, Board Certified Master Inspector, and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. I'm also a Florida Licensed Mold Assessor and FAA Certified Remote Pilot. I'm a native Floridian, and I have personally performed thousands of home inspections within the last decade.
Growing up with a dad who can fix just about anything and everything house-related has helped me tremendously in building a firm foundation and knowledge of homes and how they function. The hands-on experience over the years has been invaluable in how I inspect homes.
In addition to my experience conducting home inspections, I have also performed a variety of specialized inspections, including foundation, structural, storm-related damage, and HUD compliance inspections under the guidance of a Florida-licensed structural engineer. Furthermore, I have expertise in phase and draw inspections, as well as roof in-progress, dry-in, and final inspections.
I thoroughly enjoy inspecting homes, and I love helping my clients better understand their home and how to maintain it. We strongly believe in the Golden Rule. We believe in providing each of our clients with the same time, attention, and care that we would give one of our family members and their home purchase.
